Alliance Snooker needed to move away from an ageing Magento setup that had become difficult to maintain, costly to run, and increasingly hard for day-to-day store management. Routine updates were cumbersome, product administration was inefficient, and the platform no longer matched the pace of a specialist retail business serving both a physical shop in Liverpool and a growing UK-wide online customer base.

We designed and built a new WooCommerce website tailored to the client's operational needs and customer journey. The project included planning and executing a full migration from Magento, rebuilding key storefront functionality, refining navigation for snooker-specific product categories, and preparing the store for easier catalogue management. We also handled the upload and organisation of product data, then worked closely with the client to onboard their team and establish practical processes for managing stock, listings, and orders with confidence.

The new platform delivered a far more manageable and reliable eCommerce foundation, allowing Alliance Snooker to run their online shop efficiently while continuing to support in-store operations.
